Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You need an account to place an order. You can create your account here. Please provide us with your company name and VAT number when registering. Send your trade register certificate to shop@swiss-color.com for verification.

How long does the activation process take?

The activation takes up to one working day. If your account has not been activated after one day, please contact us via +43 5332 56671 or shop@swiss-color.com.

Can I order products only from the online store?

Our products are available in the onlineshop at www.swiss-color.at or www.swiss-color.de. For telephone orders you can reach us from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 at +43 5332 56671. You are also welcome to send us your order to shop@swiss-color.com.

Where can I change my account details such as billing or shipping address?

Log in with your login details. You can update your account details in the overview.

I forgot my password? What should I do?

To change your password, click here. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to create your account. After entering, you will receive a confirmation email with a password reset link. Enter a new password here. Afterwards, you can log in with the new password as usual.
